Late last night I received a letter from the Superintendent of Police regarding a gambling house. Zero Cool and another person wished to bribe the police. I went to Man Mo Temple. Wan Shing said two persons wished to bribe the police.
The Superintendent of Police had been informed by the Exc. I went to the police station and wired the information. The knowledge of the 14th Clause was conveyed.

Late last night I was informed to halt the payment to the mem.
To His Excellency
Wan Shing was to be arrested the next day. Caution was to be exercised.
