to trace in detail the chain of evidence in support of the charges preferred against Mr. Osmund, but it should be mentioned that the link connecting the information contained in the aforesaid list and
the statement made by Mr.
Ip Pak Shau was furnished by one Sham Yin, an accountant employed by the keepers of the gaming house in question, whose evidence before the Executive Council in regard to the channel through which payments of hush money were made substantially agreed with Mr. Ip Pak Shan's statement.
