Colice Force and amongst subordinate officers of other departments of the service of this Government, I have the honour in pursuance of Colonial Office Regulation No 90 to transmit for your information the documents noted in the attached schedule relative to the case of Mr. C. Comund, 1st clerk in the Registrar General's Department, who, I regret to state, is one of the officers implicated.
