Station is watched all round while play going on; watchmen are placed at certain points along Hollywood Road, Queen's Road, Lower Lascar Row, and Possession Street so that it is very difficult to make a successful raid and whenever I go out, I am watched and it is known that the owner of the gambling house is stopped.

Failing that, the play is stopped. I most respectfully beg to report with a view to taking action.
