29. Enquiries were made by me for the persons Kwai T'an Hoi, & Fuk of the Yan Wo Firm, A gat and Tang Lo. It was found that the first three had left the Colony upon Sa Yin's arrest. The fourth being still here supplies a motive for a banishment or again at home when he left the Colony before Sa Yin's arrest.
