We the undersigned hereby certify that on the 8th July 1897 cash to the extent of $150,000, consisting of 146 bags each containing 1000 Mexican Dollars and 4 bags each containing 1000 British Dollars, was deposited in the vaults of the Chartered Bank.
We picked out 2 bags which we weighed in our presence and found to be of proper weight.
