Ships leaving the Colony - In this case the offence consists in the Man arriving without having paid his passage: & having come against the will of the ship's Captain or similar authority.

It is a curious provision as it is only requisite for foreign ships – British ones are sufficient.

Insufficient corne by tale 237 of the M. S. aut 1894. And looking to the L. O. Opinion of Apr. 22/75 which penalizing Smale 16/894/715-- Steamers arriving in Ht. King overcaroche I think it may press Sandins but I would as if bar the penalty.
