By the time the officer starto there will therefore be ample pay lapsed to defray his passage

the event of it being decided that Wr Radeley shall draw full pay from st May to end of Jubilee célébration and for four months during vacation leave thereafter, or say full pay up to 14 of November, there will be still auf- - ficient lapsed or lapsing salary to meet the half sulary of the officer for two or
