I have the honour to inform you that Her Majesty will not be advised to exercise her powers of disallowance with respect to the "An Ordenance No. ... of 1897, of the Legislature of Hongkong entitled an Ordinance to consoledate and amend the Laws relating to Probates and Letters of Administration in the Colony", a transcript of which accompanied your despatch No. 115 of the 19th of May last.
I do not express my appreciation of the manner in which this Order was drafted.
