THE SECOND SCHEDULE.
FEES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF SMALL ESTATES. Where the whole estate of the intestate does not exceed in value $100, the sum of $1; and where the whole estate exceeds in value $100, the sum of $1, and the further sum of 20 cents for every $50 or fraction of $50 by which the value exceeds $100.
