of a piece of Colonial Military at Hunghom transferred to the Colonial Government under the conditions laid down in Secretary of State's Circular of 30th December, 1894, to be leased to the Dock Co., I have the honour to ask the value of the land transferred that I may be able to reply to the War Office who have called for this information.
