Superintendent of Police, four months vacation leave on full pay,
Commencing date on the ensuing being from which his special services in connection with the forthcoming Jubilee Celebrations terminate, and with the advice of the Executive Council, 6 months leave of half pay in addition:
Satisfactory arrangements have been made for the discharge of Mr. Badeley's duties during his absence.
I enclose the usual leave certificate in which, however, I am not able to enter the exact date on which the leave granted will commence.
