not been fulfilled as yet. Indeed I regret to have to say that I am quite unable upon the evidence at present before me to advise that the Plaintiffs can prosecute proceedings with any reasonable prospect of success and I am at present also unable to see how the institution of such proceedings, even if there were reasonable grounds for them in law, could (under the circumstances above detailed of the dispersion of such assets as there may ever have been) result in any practical benefit to the Plaintiffs or either of them.
