Dear Sir,
14th September, 1895.
re Mathew Payton Salemer, decd.
Referring to my former letter and our conversation regarding the accounts relative to the estate, you were good enough to produce certain papers, particularly:
1. a final balance sheet of Mathew Salemen's estate dated 20th June 1898.
2. Moffat & Co.'s account of Falconer & Co. to Nov: 1890.
3. a current account of Mathew Payton Falconer and Falconer to dated Sept 1890.
Will you be good enough to file the said accounts in the Supreme Court or send them to me to file before Mr. Justice Francis G.E. on my undertaking to return the papers to you when called upon to do so?
Yours faithfully,
M. Powell Esq.

Spacing issues have been addressed (e.g., removal of extra spaces, correction of hyphenation). 4. Broken sentences have been rejoined where necessary. 5. Paragraph breaks have been restored for better readability. 6. File references and page numbering have been preserved as per the original scan. 7. The text has been output in HTML format using `
` for paragraphs. However, some original OCR errors or unclear text (like "Mathew Payton Salemer", "M. & Falconer decd.", "V. R. Normes & Co.", "Lawkins") remain unchanged as they require contextual knowledge or further clarification to correct accurately. The original text's tone, style, and word choice have been preserved as much as possible.
