proof of itself, our claims are just, and I have no doubt that the books would show a greater amount due us than we have ventured to claim.
I would ask is it not a criminal act and punishable to destroy or hide away proofs thus impeding a Court from carrying out justice. No servant would dare demolish or hide away the books of a firm without instructions or consent from the head of the firm therefore responsible and must be within reach of the Law.
Let me trust you will give this your kindest considera -tion and a reply at your earliest convenience as parties are an- xiously waiting to know before taking other steps in the matter.
