I am directed by Mr. Secretary Chamberlain to transmit to you, with reference to my letter of January last, the enclosed copy of a despatch from the Governor of Hongkong, that, unless you have any further observations to offer upon it, you will engage two Inspectors of Nuisances for that colony on the amended terms which are specified in the despatch.
