With reference to Civil Service Commission letter from this Dep't of the 25th ult.,
I am directed by Mr. Macnaghten to state for the information of the Civil Service Commissioners that he has been informed by the Governor of Hongkong that two Cadets will be required this year for that Colony.
This will make twelve vacancies in all in the
MINUTE.
