I hereby certify, that with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Government,

I granted leave to Mr. Joseph Mitchell, Lightkeeper, Gap Rock, four months vacation and six

Months leave of absence on half salary.

Mr. Mitchell's full pay leave ceases on, and his half pay leave begins on July 1897.
