We have examined Police Constable Myers. He has been in the service, and in the tropics over twenty-five years and is now fifty-one years of age. We are of opinion that he is not in a fit condition mentally and physically to perform his duties as a Policeman. He is very subject to Bronchial Catarrh and has troublesome varicose veins of the leg. We recommend that he be pensioned off on the ground of ill health.
