I have the honour to state briefly for the information of the Government the present position of affairs at the Tung Wo Hospital.
I have done my best to get into touch with the Directors of the Hospital, and find them willing to co-operate in carrying out my suggestions. Two new wards in course of erection on the site near the smallpox wards are nearly ready for occupation, and I have obtained the consent of the Directors that these shall
