Land Sales If these small increases are approved, the Chinese Water Police will still be paid much less than the regular Police. Rates of pay at p. Lvi of 17604/94. Enc. 17684/94I don't quite know why the Water Police should be paid so much less than the Land Police. I would not, however, raise this point. But sanction proposals without remark to take effect from date of receipt of despatch.
