Re Imitation in Hong Kong of a British trade-mark.

We refer to an interview had with your private Secretary on 5th instant and beg to put before you the following facts:-

We, being the representatives of Messrs Marsland Son and Co. sewing cotton manufacturers, of Manchester have been exporting their goods to Hong Kong under their "Horseshoe" mark, registered in England under No. 31780, April 18th 1884.

We have recently received the following information from our correspondents in Hong Kong.
