I have the honour to forward the following Application.
I am about to be Married, and wish my future Wife to accompany me to Hongkong. As I have not the means to pay her passage out, I venture to ask that Your Lordship will be pleased to allow that the Crown Agents for the Colonies may forward her passage ticket, the cost of which shall be paid by Instalments of £2-0-0 Two Pounds per Month, for four Months, after my Arrival in Hongkong, direct.
