5th Dec. Voxy recently have received a letter from the forwarder of his effects in Hong Kong that he died on the 19th July last. I therefore on the part of his parents most respectfully ask you to furnish me with the circumstances of his decease and how he was financially circumstanced with his Governor, had he any money, and also if he left little effects.
