it relieved me only when my children are of sufficient age to come to England to be educated for I shall probably not have the means near for me to send them and that for the same cause I shall be precluded from myself visiting Europe there as often and my relatives as I should wish.

I very respectfully submit that in these reasons combined with those I have advanced in my former letter the Secretary of State for the Colonies will find full justification to the conclusion that my coming application is reasonable and considerate.

I have not unduly pressed my case and that in due course I may receive a favourable reply.
