I am not aware of any superseding authority for any decision made by me. I have vested interest in this lust. Honesty is one year's use by date to be confined to them thorough a single thing.
I am still alive after the heavy exertions of the year 1894 caused by cholera &c. I have to account for it. I have tried in vain as any superior shall I am entitled to oversee yours truly, day have over and above can't. I have reserved. I am presently working to appear before a Medical Board for examination.
I was in Malta. Then I came to Hong Kong. I needed rest and change and I applied for the first-line duty. Years passed. As regards the state of my health, I was not bound able to obtain leave long before it has already been granted.
