With reference to your letter of the 23rd ulto., and enclosure relative to the charge against Garrison Orderly Boyle of the Victoria Gaol, Hong Kong, for using Government Stationery for private purposes, I am directed by the Lords Justices to transmit to you herewith, for the information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, copy of a report which has been received from the Accountant General on the subject.
