With reference to my despatch No.75 of
the 7th of April I have the honour to inform Your
Lordship that the Japanese Authorities introduced
an amendment into their Medical Inspection Regu-
lations and that I accordingly issued a fresh noti-
fication, copy of which I enclose, drawing the
attention of British Subjects to the same.
