The Shanghai Banking Corporation amount The whole of required securities is now in the hands of the Crown Agents for the Colonies, & I am to suggest for your consideration, that it might be more convenient if all the securities continued to be deposited in England, as they are at present, instead of being partly deposited in England & partly in Hongkong.
