Referring to your letter of the 20th October 1893
I have the honour to report, for the information of the
Secretary of State, that in accordance with a telegram dated
the 18th instant, from the Government of Hong Kong, we drew,
on the 23rd instant on the Colonial Treasurer on demand for
$200,000 realising at the exchange of 2/17/16 the sum of
£21,184-13-4,
