In the latter case the person engaged will forfeit her right to a return passage to England as provided for in Clause 5, but her previous service under this Agreement will count towards pension. If however her services are dispensed with except on the ground of misconduct she shall be provided with a free return passage to England.
The person engaged undertakes to make no claim upon the Government in respect of any fluctuation in the value of the dollar.
The Crown Agents for the Colonies shall not be personally liable for anything contained in this Agreement.
