With reference to your letter of 44.566 767 enclosing the draft of an Ordinance proposed to be introduced in Hong Kong to regulate the Admiralty Procedure in the Supreme Court; I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to transmit, for the information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, a copy of the remarks of the Registrar of the Admiralty Court on the subject.
