I request your sanction to the amendment of Rule 2.
Rule 2 of the Regulations for the Governing Body of Queen's College is to be amended by inserting the words "not less than" between the word "of" and the word "five".
My immediate object in making this request is that I may be enabled to increase the numbers of the Governing Body by the appointment of the Honourable Ho-Kai, who rendered valuable assistance as an acting member of the Body during the recent absence from the Colony of the Reverend R. F. Cobbold.
