6.- I would further point out that under sec.66 of the Colonial Regulations the salary and office of Deputy Registrar would be classed in the third and highest class.
7.- I venture therefore respectfully to ask that the Governor will apply the above ruling of the Secretary of State to my case and grant me the privilege of Exchange Compensation allowance, or that, in the event of His Excellency feeling himself precluded from doing so by the previous decision of the Secretary of State he will allow me to move the Secretary of State to reconsider my case on the grounds which I have now taken leave to bring forward, and will also be kind enough to support my application.
