Office Assistant and Account Office in the Public Works Department, requesting that he may be transferred to some other Colony, either on promotion, or to a post which, while carrying with it about the same emoluments as he draws at present, will offer better possibilities of promotion than he can hope for from his present position.

Mr Wood is highly spoken of by the Director of Public Works and has proved himself a competent officer since he has been in the service of this Colony.
