the land hitherto used
and occupied by the Military authorities for rifle ranges and Military
exercises is included in the
new
Military reserve and
has not been surrendered by
the Military Authorities. I have thought
it advisable to place you without delay in possession
of my views on this question of very great importance to the Colony.
