an opportunity of being advised by him. Whilst in our office he had the sole control of business of great importance and magnitude and requiring the utmost care and experience. I do not think I can say more in favour of Int Rece and I feel convinced you will never regret having been associated with, Lim.

Although I have been in this Colony for four months only, yet I have had considerable opportunities of forming an opinion of the capacity, and conduct of Dr. J. D. Reece, B.A. of Col. Ch. Oxon, a Solicitor admitted in England and now practicing in this Colony. It is, in my judgment, a man of much ability and Knowledge of law and practice, a good worker and I believe him to be of unexceptionable, excellent conduct and character. Speaking with some knowledge of the duties of a similar Office in British Guiana, I believe him to be well qualified to discharge efficiently and with satisfaction to the local Government and people, the duties of Administrator General and trustee in Bankruptcy in Jamaica, an appointment for which I learn he is a Candidate.
