the brown Agents may be instructed to engage two capable unmarried men to serve as Inspectors of Nuisances in this Colony, in accordance with the enclosed paper of particulars in duplicate.
It would be well that the selected applicants should be informed that in the event of their joining service permanently upon the expiration of the 3 years' agreement, they will be required to contribute 4 per cent of their salary towards the Widows and Orphans Fund.
