I have been transferred from St. Lucia. I look up the appointment of Assistant Harbour Master in Hong Kong, which is my present substantive appointment.
3. Served in Jamaica from November 1881 when I took up the appointment of Inspector of Immigrants till May 1889. From 1886 I was also Coroner. From May 1889 to December 1889 I was Chief of Police in St. Lucia and for two months also Harbour Master and Pilot.
4. In March 1890, having been appointed, I discharged the duties of Acting Harbour Master.
5. From February 1890 to April 1892, I discharged the duties of Acting Harbour Master in addition to those of my substantive appointment.
6. In April 1892, on the retirement of the Harbour Master, I was appointed Acting Police Magistrate and discharged those duties in conjunction
