as far as possible with due regard to the health and welfare of the Colony, I find myself compelled to agree
with the Board that the
measures
proposed in the interests of
necessary sanitation
are necessary.
4.
I have therefore to
request authority to engage from the 1st January next
two additional Inspectors of Nuisances, with the same
salary,
and allowances
as those granted to the Inspectors appointed in 1895.
