thorough and efficient supervision of the work in the respective districts as-signed considers that it is necessary that health districts 4, 5 and
6 should be rearranged so as to form five districts, as proposed in the enclosed letter from the Medical Officer of Health, and that two additional Inspectors of Nuisances should be appointed to have charge

new districts so
formed.

The Board is further

of any future outbreak of plague or other epidemic, to ask for extra assistance from
the Police or other outside sources to aid in suppressing.
