6 should be rearranged so as to form five districts, as proposed in the enclosed letter from the Medical Officer of Health, and that two additional Inspectors of Nuisances should be appointed to have charge

The Board is further

of opinion that if this is done it will not be necessary, in case

of any future outbreak of plague or other epidemic, to ask for extra assistance from

the Police or other outside sources to aid in suppressing.
