for this appointment. 4. The duties of the person appointed would mainly be those described in paragraph 2 and the supervision of the other works and he would be directly responsible to the Director of Public Works and receive his general instructions.
It is considered essential that the officer in charge should be a man of great energy and administrative ability as the Department is very short handed at present.
