I have examined the accompanying Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to regulate the Admiralty Procedure of the Supreme Court"; and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
This Ordinance and the Schedule were submitted for approval to the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies and were approved of by him in despatch No. 72 of 1896, subject to certain alterations suggested by Mr. Smith, the Registrar in Admiralty.
