As regards the subject matter of sub-section (e)
of section 5 of the Straits Ordinance this is dealt with ty Ordinance
7 of 1335 sections 2, 3, and 4 and Ordinance 11 of 1333, section 5.
The Acting Chief Justice bas with the concurrence of
His Excellency the Governor drafted rules for carrying out the pro-
visions of this Ordinance and I teg leave to enclose a copy of such
rules, abich have been un-officially submitted to and approved of ty
