I cannot allow you to relinquish the post of Acting
Pvisne Judge which you have filled for the past five months without
placing on record my appreciation of the manner in which you have
performed the difficult duties of that office.
From a perusal of the Judgments delivered ty you from
the Bench I am of opinion that you have not only justifled my
selection of you for the acting appointment but that you are
steadily and surely qualifying yourself for a permanent judicial
office.
