Minute by the doting Attorney General.
I am of opinion that
the then acting Harbour Master was, under the provisions of local Ordinances, legally
our
justified in the course which he adopted towards the s. S. "Priam" in October last.
I agree with the reasons
and conclusions which are
contained in his report, and I have nothing to add.
