I should be glad also to know whether the adoption of Singly Fugitive pro Doubly Fugitive inks for the ad- hesive revenue stamps would not prove equally satisfactory

and more economical, in view of the fact that the stamps

will always be cancelled by printing-ink in the over-em-

bossing process, and that, in addition to the stamps being more staple, greater variation of colour could be obtain-

ed by the use of singly fugitive inks.
