1895, by a Board appointed by the Governor.
The Board duly reported to the Colonial Secre-
tary as to cases when the security given appeared to
be insufficient.

Two months of the Store Books of the Public
Works Department were examined in detail but no test
survey of any of the articles in Store was made, as this
appeared to be of no use until the arrangements mention-
ed in my letter No 42/62/93 of 18th December 1894 are
completed.
13.
The Store Accounts of the Gaol were largely
tested and were in a more satisfactory condition than
in previous years.
14. The Police Store Accounts were largely
tested and stock taken satisfactorily.
15. Owing to the absence of the Director of
Public Works on leave, the drafting of Store Regulations
