The second condition as to a smell dock in which tanks ships would lie is prohibitive as the soundings show the deep water at a very long distance from the shore and the cost would be very great. We do not, however anticipate that this condition will be insisted upon if you give an undertaking not to allow a tank ship alongside nor to discharge on re- ceipt of notice from G.0.C.
