the incidence of the charge for sites for Military

Buildings at Hong Kong.

With reference to the 3rd paragraph of the

letter addressed by the Colonial Office to the Treasury

on the 4th instant, perhaps Lord Ripon will be good

enough to let Mr Campbell-Bannerman see the draft of the

proposed despatch to the Governor at Hong Kong.
